Important: Our services do not constitute certification, accreditation, or safety approval. All work is advisory and human-in-the-loop. We do not take operational responsibility for systems we review.
3. Client Portal
Access to the client portal requires registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
5. Intellectual Property
The MGAG and OTANIS models, papers, and website content are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may download our publicly available papers for your own use but may not redistribute them without permission.
Client-specific deliverables produced during engagements are licensed to the client for their internal use as specified in the engagement agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not discuss client engagements, share client documentation, or reference specific clients in public materials without explicit consent.
7. Fees and Payment
All engagements are paid. Fees are specified in engagement proposals and are due according to the payment terms stated therein. Prices on the website are starting points; final pricing depends on scope and complexity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory. We provide opinions, reviews, and recommendations based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for decisions made based on our advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will meet all your requirements or that any deficiencies in systems we review will be identified.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
